What is anxiety? How do I handle it?
The first thing I want to do is express what anxiety is to me. For me anxiety is the combination of physical and mental stress within your body and mind. As far as I know stress and anxiety have been linked to many health complications and risks. However, from personal experience I can tell you that it can also result in mental breakdowns as well as panic and anxiety attacks. Off the bat I'll let you know you can't just get rid of stress and anxiety completely. Please do not lose hope however because there are many ways you can cope. For me one of the most easy and efficient ways was by finding a creative outlook like making a blog. Yes I really said that.
